Batter

Babar Azam, Pathum Nissanka, Fakhar Zaman and Sadira Samarawickrama can be included as batsmen.

Babar Azam- Scored 10 runs against India in the Super-4 match of Asia Cup. He could score only 17 runs against Bangladesh. But before that he had played an inning of 151 runs in 131 balls against Nepal. Babar also scored 113 runs at an average of 38 in the three-match ODI series against Afghanistan. Babar is also at number one in the ICC ODI rankings.

Pathum Nissanka- Could score only 6 runs in the match against India in the Super-4 of Asia Cup. Earlier in the match against Bangladesh, Pathum Nissanka scored 40 runs in 60 balls. In the second group match of the Asia Cup league against Afghanistan, Pathum Nissanka played an inning of 41 runs in 40 balls. Earlier, Nissanka was the second top scorer in the ODI World Cup qualifying tournament held in Zimbabwe. He scored 417 runs in 9 matches at an average of 69.50. He has also scored 2 centuries and 2 half-centuries.

Imam-ul-Haq- Could score only 9 runs in the match against India in the Super-4 of Asia Cup. Scored 78 runs on 84 balls against Bangladesh. Imam has scored 448 runs in 12 matches played this year at an average of 40.72. Which includes 5 half-centuries.

Sadira Samarawickrama- Scored only 17 runs against India in the Super Four match of Asia Cup. However, he is Sri Lanka's top scorer in the Asia Cup. He has scored 167 runs in 4 matches at an average of 41.75. Which also includes 2 half-centuries.

All-Rounder

Shadab Khan and Dunith Wellalage can be included as all-rounders.

Shadab Khan- Took 1 wicket in the match against India in the Super Four match of Asia Cup. In the first match against Nepal, Shadab Khan took 4 wickets at an economy rate of 4.05. Earlier, in the three-match ODI series against Afghanistan, Shadab Khan had scored 90 runs at an average of 30. Also took 4 wickets.

Dunith Wellalage – Took 5 wickets for 40 runs in 10 overs in the Asia Super Four match against India. He was also the top scorer for Sri Lanka. He played an unbeaten inning of 42 runs. Wellalage has taken 9 wickets in 4 matches so far in the Asia Cup at an economy rate of 4.25.

Bowler

Shaheen Afridi, Mahish Tikshana and Mathish Pathirana can be included as bowlers.

Shaheen Shah Afridi- Took 1 wicket in the match against India in the Super Four of Asia Cup. However, before that he had taken 4 wickets at an economy rate of 3.50 against India in the league match.
