IPL 2023: RCB reached number 5, Kolkata remained intact in the top 4 race; Do or die match for SRH today

 Two big matches were played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Sunday. In the first match, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Rajasthan Royals by 112 runs to make it to the top-5. In the second match, Kolkata Knight Riders kept their hopes of reaching the playoffs alive by defeating Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets. RCB reached number 5, Do or die match for SRH RR now depend on the results of other teams to qualify for the playoffs, while CSK still await a win to qualify. Today, the 62nd match of the league stage in the tournament will be played against Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad in Ahmedabad from 7:30 pm.   Needing 127 runs to win, LSG will look to get back to winning ways when they host MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2023 at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow, after suffering a crushing 18-run defeat against RCB. LSG has won five out of nine matches and lost four so far. Krunal Pandya will lead Lucknow against CSK if Rahul is ruled out due to his injury This could be the biggest worry for the LSG franchise as CSK also has a solid spin attack with players like Moeen Ali, Ravindra Jadeja, and Mahesh Thekshana. Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir clashed on the field

 Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir got into a heated argument after the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) match in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Both clashed on the ground. Seeing the debate escalating, LSG captain KL Rahul and senior player Amit Mishra intervened and handled the matter. The tussle between the two senior players started after the match on Monday night at the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. Then both the teams were shaking hands. Many videos of this clash have also started going viral on social media. Following the controversy, LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir and former RCB captain Virat Kohli were fined 100% of their match fees for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct.
